How do membership purchases work for recorded classes?
You can choose to rent or buy access to recorded classes. If you choose to rent, your membership will expire 1 year from the date of purchase. If you choose to buy, you will have lifetime access. A single purchase gives you access to one class. Each purchase is a one-time payment.
How do I purchase access to a recorded class?
Choose which recorded class to rent or buy. On the checkout page, you can choose to log in if you already have an account or create a new account if you don’t. After making the purchase, your account will have limited or lifetime access depending on your membership level.
I forgot my password. How do I change it?
You can change your password on the lost password page. An email will be sent with a link to reset your password. If you are already logged in, you can change your password from your account page.
